With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Diana Soeiro has built a distinguished career working with leading brands such as Sublime Hotels, Westin Hotels, Pestana Pousadas Group, MINOR Hotels and Tivoli Hotels & Resorts. Her professional journey reflects a strong strategic vision and in-depth knowledge of both Portuguese and international markets, having led sales teams across multiple segments – from luxury hospitality to wine tourism.
Known for her communication skills, leadership, organisation, and analytical thinking, Diana is passionate about commercial strategy and about fostering long-term relationships with strategic partners. Her adaptability and results-driven mindset have positioned her as a respected professional within Portugal’s luxury hospitality landscape.

Throughout her career, she has also participated as a speaker at several wine tourism and hospitality conferences.
